For the Love of Dance August 30, 2025, 6 PM Support Owen/Cox at our annual fundraiser for a beautiful evening. Enjoy delicious cuisine from Dutzel’s Catering, wines provided by Master of Wine Doug Frost, and a special performance by singer/songwriter Krystle Warren. A silent auction will offer some of Kansas City's finest goods and services. New Dance Partners September 19-20, 2025, 7:30 PM Yardley Hall – Midwest Trust Center Witness 4 world premieres performed by Owen/Cox Dance Group working with Caili Quan, Kansas City Ballet, Regina Klenjoski Dance Company, and Störling Dance Theater, commissioned by Johnson County Community College. Chiaroscuro: Studies in Light and Darkness March 27-29, 2026, Friday/Saturday 8 PM, Sunday 2 PM City Stage Theatre – Union Station Don't miss this thrilling collaboration with the Grammy-nominated St. Petersburg String Quartet! The program will feature Dmitri Shostokovich's String Quartet No. 8 in celebration of the 125th anniversary of the composer's birth. The program will also include two world premieres set to Maurice Ravel's rapturous String Quartet in F major and a new composition by acclaimed composer Brad Cox. And Wonder April 10-12, 2026, Friday/Saturday 8 PM, Sunday 2 PM City Stage Theatre – Union Station Owen/Cox joins forces with internationally renowned singer/songwriter Krystle Warren for an evening of intimate and powerful music and dance. This world premiere will feature songs selected from Warren's expansive catalog, including previously unreleased material. Krystle Warren will be joined by a stellar ensemble of musicians and dancers for this unforgettable performance.
